`Who’s up for some fun, no pressure belly flying?

Boysen and I are organizing a scrambles meet for July 4th weekend.

It's a great opportunity for newer jumpers to jump with "experienced" jumpers, learn new belly skills, and get video of yourself. Everyone is welcome, as long as you have a license. If you've never flown with 3 other people before, or anyone for that matter, here's a safe, fun opportunity.

Basic info (to be ironed out once we gain interest):

4 jumps w/ video (I’ll design the jumps before the weekend and have print outs for everyone).

Each team of 4 will split the cost of their vidiot’s slots (4 jumps = $24 extra per person).

We’ll build teams based on RW skills, so we’ll try not to have 2 very new jumpers together, or 2 very experienced jumpers together.

Based on interest, we’ll collect money and provide lunch and tee shirts (designed by Boysen) and maybe do a little "awards ceremony" at the end of the day.

We’ll try to judge after each round, but it will probably have to be an end-of-day thing. Watching the videos together at the end of the day is always a fun time anyway (anyone remember Brian Bottacci being afraid of his shadow last year??)

We’re looking at Saturday July 3rd with a rain/wind/weather date for Sunday July 4th.  If you’re interested in participating, let me know so we can start planning!

Also- we ALWAYS wind up short for video for these things, so if you have any 4-way video skill whatsoever, please volunteer to help out!  If you want to compete and can also do video, we can try to arrange it so you can do both (I’m looking at you Chad Salo and Brandon).

Thanks everyone!
